Prenatal Yoga
These are 60-min classes. No props needed!
These prenatal yoga classes are more than movement, they’re a space to feel supported, informed, and deeply connected to your changing body and growing baby. Grounded in evidence-based practice, each class blends mindful movement, community, and empowering childbirth education.
Intentional sequences nurture balance in the pelvis and pelvic floor, helping create space for your baby to settle into an optimal position for birth. As you move and breathe, you’ll build confidence in your strength, practice coping with intensity, and discover tools to carry you through labor and into early parenthood.
